Open Access and Licensing Policy

The journal "Law and Sciences" is an open access publication. All articles and issues are freely available to readers on the journal's website without any restrictions.

Type of Access

The journal follows an open access model in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative. All published materials are freely available for reading, downloading, copying, distributing, printing, and linking to full-text articles.

Licensing

All articles published in "Law and Sciences" are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence.

This means that anyone is free to:
- share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
- adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially.

Under the following terms:
- attribution — appropriate credit must be given to the author, a link to the licence must be provided, and any changes made must be indicated.

Copyright

Authors retain copyright to their works. By submitting an article to the journal, authors grant the publication a non-exclusive right to publish and distribute the article under the CC BY 4.0 licence.

Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to deposit the final published version of their article in institutional or thematic repositories, provided that a reference to the first publication in the journal and the article's DOI are included.
