Submission Guidelines
Submission Procedure
Manuscripts are submitted through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform on the Journal's website or via the editorial e-mail address listed in the "Contacts" section.
The submission must include:
- the manuscript formatted in accordance with the Journal's template (.docx format);
- author information: full name, academic degree, academic title, position, institution, e-mail, ORCID;
- a statement confirming that the article is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by any other publication.
Formatting Requirements
- File format: .docx
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Line spacing: 1.0 (single)
- First line indent: 1 cm
- Margins: 2 cm on all sides
- Article length: 10 to 25 pages (including references)
Article Structure
The manuscript must contain the following mandatory elements:
1. Metadata: section, UDC code, DOI (assigned by the editorial office).
2. Author information: full name, academic degree, academic title, position, institution, city, country, e-mail, ORCID — in Ukrainian and English.
3. Article title — in Ukrainian and English.
4. Abstract — in Ukrainian and English (at least 1,800 characters including spaces each). Must include: relevance, purpose, methods, main results, and conclusions.
5. Keywords — 6 to 12 keywords or phrases separated by semicolons, in Ukrainian and English.
6. Introduction — problem statement, analysis of recent research and publications, aim and objectives of the study.
7. Main body — presentation of the research material with substantiation of results.
8. Discussion and recommendations — interpretation of results, comparison with other studies, practical recommendations.
9. Conclusions — brief conclusions corresponding to the aims and objectives, prospects for further research.
10. List of references — formatted according to DSTU 8302:2015. Sources listed in order of their first mention in the text. In-text citations in square brackets: [1], [2, p. 45].
11. References — the same list transliterated into Latin script following APA 7th Edition. Cyrillic sources are transliterated with the title translation provided in square brackets. English-language sources remain unchanged.
Publication Languages
The Journal accepts articles in Ukrainian and English.
Reference Formatting
The List of References is formatted according to DSTU 8302:2015. Sources are listed in the order of their first mention in the text and numbered consecutively. In-text citations are given in square brackets indicating the source number and, where necessary, the page: [1], [2, p. 45], [3; 4].
References are formatted according to APA 7th Edition. Cyrillic sources are transliterated into Latin script with the title translation in square brackets. English-language sources are listed without changes. The order is the same as in the List of References.
Academic Integrity Check
All submitted manuscripts are checked for plagiarism and AI-generated content using StrikePlagiarism software. The text originality level must be at least 80%.
Authors are required to disclose any use of artificial intelligence technologies in accordance with the AI Policy published on the Journal's website.
Review Procedure
After submission, the manuscript undergoes the following stages:
1. Preliminary editorial review (thematic relevance and technical compliance) — up to 7 working days.
2. Plagiarism and AI check (StrikePlagiarism).
3. Double-blind peer review — up to 30 working days.
4. Editorial decision: accept / revise / reject.
5. If required — author revision and re-review.
6. Copyediting and typesetting.
7. Publication.
