Publication Fees (APC)

The journal "Law and Sciences" is a fully open access ("diamond") publication. Publishing in the journal is free of charge for both authors and readers.

Funding

The journal is entirely funded by its founder — Lviv University of Business and Law. No Article Processing Charges (APC) are levied for the submission, review, processing, or publication of articles.

Authors are not required to pay any fees at any stage of the publication process:
- manuscript submission — free of charge;
- peer review — free of charge;
- editing and typesetting — free of charge;
- publication and open access hosting — free of charge;
- DOI assignment — free of charge.

Editorial Independence

The founder provides financial support for the journal but does not interfere with the editorial process. All decisions regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts are made solely by the editorial board based on scientific quality and the results of independent peer review. The funding of the journal does not influence editorial policy or article selection in any way.
