Fee Waiver for Doctoral Students

In accordance with the requirements of the Procedure for Forming the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine, the journal "Law and Sciences" provides a full fee waiver for the processing, review, and publication of articles submitted by doctoral students (PhD candidates) enrolled in state-funded programmes, provided the articles are authored solely by the doctoral student (without co-authors).

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the fee waiver, the author must meet the following requirements:
- be enrolled as a doctoral student (PhD candidate);
- be studying on a state-funded basis;
- submit the article as a sole author, without co-authors.

Verification of Status

A certificate from the educational institution confirming the author's status as a state-funded doctoral student must be submitted along with the manuscript.

Submission Procedure

Articles are submitted through the standard procedure via e-mail to the editorial office: journal@ls-journal.org. The cover letter should indicate the fee waiver request and include the supporting document.
